GARY LANCASTERGary Lancaster formed Lancaster Information Services, Inc. in 1987 to serve the legal community. He has 32 years of varied law enforcement and corrections experience and 14 years of private investigative experience. He has worked all facets of the investigation industry to include criminal defense, corporate thefts and frauds, civil litigation and domestic issues. He has been a licensed polygraph examiner since 1974 and has conducted thousands of polygraph examinations for law enforcement and private industry. With a BBA in accounting from UGA, he is an asset to financial crime investigations. Gary is also considered an expert in jail administration and operations. He does consulting work for the Georgia Sheriff’s Association and Georgia Jail Association and attorneys in both plaintiff and defense in jail litigation.Gary is a retired Lt. Colonel from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office. He was the jail administrator of a 2700 jail facility with a $25 million annual budget. He managed the construction of a $75 million-dollar 1440 bed addition during his tenure. He began his career at the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office in 1969 working as a deputy sheriff. He moved to the Gwinnett County Police Department in 1973 where he rose through the ranks to the position of Training Director, where he oversaw the Gwinnett County Police academy, managed Inservice training and all the training records for the department. He also managed applicant screening and the hiring process. He held the rank of Lieutenant. Gary was appointed Warden of the GCCI in 1981 at the age of 32, the youngest Warden ever appointed in GA. He served as Warden for 7 years. During his tenure he was appointed as Deputy director, Division of Public Safety for Gwinnett County. |

SUSAN LANCASTERSusan has been with Lancaster Information Services, Inc. for 20 years. She worked for the Georgia State Patrol for 8 years and Gwinnett County Government for 5 years. Over the past 20 years Susan has specialized in background investigation and skip tracing. She has conducted skip tracing for many top-level legal firms and attorney service firms in the Southeast. |

MATTHEW WARRENAccomplished and well-trained security professional with over 21 years’ experience in both private and law enforcement sectors. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the judicial system as well as advanced knowledge of local and state laws to assist attorneys in case preparation. He is a leader with extensive supervisory experience. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator with exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills. |
LIZ HALLSWORTH
Liz began her career with Gwinnett County Police Department as a 911 dispatcher and moved on to DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office as the Radio Room Supervisor. In 2001 she became the Administrative Assistant to the Jail Commander at the Gwinnett County Jail. She retired from Gwinnett and has come worked with LIS and specializes in background investigations, skip tracing and assists in the insurance fraud investigations as needed. Liz is a Georgia POST certified Instructor.
In addition, LIS has relationships with forensic science practitioners to include criminalistics, ballistics, audio and video enhancements, drug testing, document examinations and other areas. We bring these resources to the table as needed to fulfill your investigative needs.
